In 2008 St. Mark Orthodox Church received a grant from the Diocese of the Midwest to help prepare its faithful for meaningful helpful encounters with inquirers.

A grant team consisting of lifelong Orthodox combined with Orthodox Christians and catechumens with various religious backgrounds and upbringing worked for nine to ten months to create materials for classes customized to the needs of their parish. The result was a set of six classes that were delivered to large audiences at St Mark's during the spring of 2009. The materials from those classes have been compiled into a single integrated document that is available for other parishes to use as a starting point for similar efforts among their faithful.

These materials were of course designed for the specific needs, skills and experiences of the St Mark's parishioners and the presenters. it is not reasonable to assume that you can use these materials exactly as they were delivered at St Mark's. Use your ingenuity to tailor something that works for your parish situation.
