Groups and meetings have a tendency to get off track. Whether it's from a complex topic, a few dominant personalities or or an over packed agenda, the impact of ineffective meetings can be wasted time, impractical problem solutions, bruised egos and elevated blood pressure.

This session, the 5th and final in our series on Facilitation Skills for Parish Leaders", will help you to learn specific skills that will help to direct and control parish groups to help them get more done in less time.

OUR SPEAKER
Kenneth Kovach is an experienced group facilitator. He has over 25 years of experience with training, coaching, leadership development, critical thinking, problem solving and, most importantly to our series, leading groups to be more effective. Many of Mr. Kovach's assignments and relationships have been in the nonprofit sector including the American Red Cross, the Catholic Conference on Ethics and the American Society on Training and Ethics.
