Diocese of the Midwest to Withhold Central Church Assesments - 08/14/07

CHICAGO, IL [MW Communications] - In a letter dated 14 August and addressed to OCA Acting-Treasurer Very Reverend Paul Kucynda, His Eminence, Archbishop JOB informed the Central Church Administration that the Diocese of the Midwest, beginning this month, will withhold and escrow assesments to the Central Church Administration.

In the letter His Eminence references the amended "Palatine Resolution" which the Diocesan Council passed at its June 26, 2007 meeting (read that resolution here) and which sets a series of 'benchmarks' to be met before the Diocese of the Midwest will submit Central Church assesments.
